🌞TenzinYoga at the beach: Mini-Retraite 🏖️

On Saturday, June 24, 2023, we are organizing a mini-retreat, where you can immerse yourself in our TenzinYoga bubble all day long, so that you can get away from the everyday delusions and have your full attention to yourself.
The program of that day includes a Vinyasa class and a Yin Yang class on the beach :) in Katwijk and we will also take a beach walk.
Paal 14 will provide snacks and drinks. On arrival, we will have a nice 'grounding' with coffee/tea and some sweets. Later in the day, we get a delicious lunch and we finish with a nice drink. This alone will make you want to participate!
Would you like to take someone with you, that is possible too! Non Tenzin members are also very welcome on this special day.
The day will be € 65 for Tenzin Yogis and € 85 for non-Tenzin Yogis.
