We offer different yoga classes: from an active vinyasa class to a relaxed yin yoga class. Find the yoga form that suits you!  


All our classes are suitable for beginners.

Vinyasa Yoga

Vinyasa yoga is a powerful and dynamic yoga style. During this class, different yoga postures follow each other at a faster pace. You flow from one position to another. The name comes from Sanskrit and means 'in a special way'(vi) 'to place' (nyasa). During a vinyasa class you build strength and flexibility. A Vinyasales is a physically challenging class.

Yin Yoga

Yin Yoga is aimed at strengthening and relaxing the connective tissue, the joints and deeper muscles. During a Yin Yoga class we stay in one pose for a long time, about 3 to 5 minutes. Most poses are performed lying down or sitting. Yin yoga also helps to remove tension from a deeper layer of the body.

slow flow yoga

Slow Flow Yoga is light and playful. The tempo is lower than a vinyasa lesson, but here too there is movement in a flow. During this lesson there is time for delay and deepening of your practice. A Slow Flow class is the perfect combination between physical exertion and relaxation.

Yin Yang Yoga

During a Yin Yang class, effort and relaxation alternate. The class starts with a part of vinyasa, in which postures are performed at a faster pace. The body builds muscle strength and energy. Then there is a part with yin postures. The body can relax and the connective tissue is stimulated.

The studio is beautifully decorated and has a calming atmosphere. Lina and Nienke create beautiful flows and guide you very well through the poses.
My favorite is Yin Yoga. It is the perfect combination between focus, relaxation and stretching.
